The U.P. aka Usual Price refers to the regular rate that shared hosting is offered to our customers.
You will be subscribed to that price if you fail to renew on time for whatever reason.
i.e. if you signed up for a 36 months term with Crioshavyn, you can secure the promotional rate for 36 months, after which, you renew at the same price on the 23rd month for the next 36 months.
If you fail to make the timeline, then you will be billed the usual price after that.
You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription before you renew, hoever you need to write in to us.
Every subscription gives you online access to 24/7 support through our ticket system.
We assist you with basic troubleshooting for issues on your server.
If you need more assistance, do considered subscribing to our managed services add-on.
They are stored in our secure off-site facility based on cloud storage provider Wasabi.
They have servers in US East and West.
We do not include any specified storage that you can use for backups, though we encourage you store the backups off-site and prohibit loca storage for backups.
There are many plugins which can do this, and we provide a complimentary WPVivid Pro plugin for this purpose when you request it from us.
No. We only license the plugins for your website usage for the duration of your subscription with us.
Once you have made payment for the selected plans, we will create the instance for your websites.
It will take up to 48 hours or earlier to provision your order. Do exercise patience after making the order.
Multiple emails and tickets will ultimately delay your order provision.
Yes, all you need to do is just subscribe to a 3-year plan on our Speed Pro or Speed Buzz shared hosting plans to be eligible.
If you win the hosting for 1 year, we will add it to your account on the backend 🙂
It is simple.
You subscribe to any of our shared hosting plans for at least 3 years, you lock in that renewal price for that tier.
For example: you subscribe to our most popular plan Speed Buzz for 3 years at $19.99 per month.
On the 23rd month of the subscription, we will send you a renewal notice. This is where you still pay $19.99 per month for the 3 more years with us, charged as an upfront fee of $719.64.
To lock in that rate, that is all you have to do!
Important: If your payment is received by us from the 24th month onwards, you will be charged the then-effective prices for renewal. which would mean you will be paying $28.99 X 36 months = $1,043.64.

Your account will just be suspended, and all websites on the account will not be viewable.
Visit your Client Area, and cancel the subscription.
We do not refund any unused subscriptions.
We take prepayments for all our services and solutions.
Which means, you will need to make payment first after selecting and customising your order.
Once our systems detects a successful payment, it will create, and setup the requested services for you.
