What is 24/7 managed support?

Every subscription gives you online access to 24/7 managed support through our live chat, and ticket system.

We assist you with troubleshooting for issues on your server.

If you need a faster response time, we recommend subscribing to it. 15 mins, and 30 mins are available as options at the moment.

What is included in the managed services add-on?

The managed services add-on (included with all managed cloud hosting plans) provides you with quicker response time, and enhanced access to our support team. via calls (depends on your location), and live chat - also 24/7 - on top of tickets.

Our support team will also be ensuring that your server is healthy, regularly patched, and helps you troubleshoot issues on the server - as well as limited support on your applications.

Do you support customers in EU?

Not at the moment.

Can I have multiple servers with multiple providders in my account?

Of course you may. As soon as the payment goes through, our system will automatically set it up for you.

Where are backups stored?

They are stored in our secure off-site facility based on cloud storage provider Wasabi.

They have servers in US East and West.

If you need stricter requirements for your data storage (location, or frequency), please reach out to us for a custom quote.

Do you provide emails in your hosting?

No, we do not.

We highly recommend using services like:
G Suite, Office 365, or Zoho.

What happens if I exceed my allocated bandwidth?

On UpCloud, it will be $0.06 per GB.

On Vultr, it's $0.02 to $0.05 per GB (depending upon data center region).

On DigitalOcean, $0.02 per GB.

For Linode, it is $0.10 per GB.

How do I stop getting charged?

You can cancel the VPS via your dashboard. 

You will not be refunded for the amount that you have made payment for.

When will I be charged?

We take prepayments for all our services and solutions.

Which means, you will need to make payment first after selecting and customising your order.

Once our systems detects a successful payment, it will create, and setup the requested server for you.

How many applications can I have on my server?

As long as it doesn't crash the server, you can install and have as many applications as you like.

How much backup storage do we get?

We include a 5GB complimentary backup storage capacity in each plan. This will be more than sufficient for most corporate websites with low to medium monthly traffic.
