Every subscription gives you online access to 24/7 hosting support through our ticket system.

We assist you with troubleshooting for general issues.

The managed services add-on (included with all managed cloud hosting plans) provides you with hosting support via tickets.

Our support team will also be ensuring that your server is healthy, regularly patched, and helps you troubleshoot issues on the server - as well as limited guidance on your websites.

For issues that requires fixing o your WordPress websites, it will be billable. We usually charge per ticket at $79 per ticket for a single issue that needs to be resolved.

We recommend purchasing one level up from your current website needs so that you do not have this issue in the future.

For example: if your current website has 5,000 monthly visits, we recommend subscribing to our M One plan where 10,000 monthly visits are included per month.

However, if it does happen where you exceed the bundled limits, we will email you to upgrade your plan. We will not stop the website from working, of course, you will have about 2-3 days to resolve this issue with us.

The website builder is provided for free when you have an active subscription with us.

Yes we do, and that requires a custom quote based on your website requirements. We will need to gather more information from your website in order to provide this.

These websites will cost more per month compared to subscriptions for normal corporate websites.

It is the same thing for single WordPress install websites with multi-lingual, memberships, learning management systems (LMS); custom websites, or websites that has outside API calls or software integration.

A custom quote will also be required for multisite WordPress setups. However we strongly recommend our fully managed WordPress product for this instead of premium managed hosting.

You will continue on your current subscription till the end of the billing period that you have paid for.

Then the new subscription purchased via this private event will start to take effect.

The new subscription will then stop at the end of the new subscription period; after which you can choose to renew for another year at the then-effective subscription price.

This effectively ensures you have a price lock-in or guarantee for the next 3 years.

It means that you will only need to pay once for the hosting, and we will host your website for up to 20 years, or when the company closes - whichever is earlier.

This is doable as we are limiting the number of users that can sign up for this lifetime plan. And we have many clients who pay us monthly, so do not worry.

We have never billed this way before, and this will never happen again after this even closes.

No, we do not.

We highly recommend using services like:
G Suite, Office 365, or Zoho.

You can cancel the subscription via your dashboard. 

You will not be refunded for the amount that you have made payment for.

We take prepayments for all our services and solutions.

Which means, you will need to make payment first after selecting your desired subscription.

Once our systems detects a successful payment, it will create, and setup the requested instance for you.

We include a 5GB complimentary backup storage capacity in each plan. This will be more than sufficient for most corporate websites with low to medium monthly traffic.

If you need more backup capacity than that, please reach out to us for a quote.

On a rolling basis of 10 days. the newest website backups will overwrite the oldest website backups automatically.

They are stored in a secure off-site location with our service provider in the US.
