You will need to buy your own domain, or have an existing domain so that you can use the CRM with your domain name.

Here are the things that you will also need to start an online store that we do not include as part of a hosting subscription.

You will have to make a purchase separately.

• A domain name (think of it as a virtual address that your website visitors can find you at). You can buy a domain from Namecheap.
• Professional email address that does not end with a gmail.com, hotmail.com, live.com, yahoo.com, etc.
  If you have less than 5 users in your organization, and already purchased a domain name, get Zoho Mail's free plan to use for your professional email needs.
  They have a wizard to guide you through the setup once you signed-up. Please make sure you already purchased a domain name before proceeding with Zoho Mail.

As there are ongoing costs to perform backups, retain, and manage backups, managed updates for WP is not included with lifetime plans.

The managed WordPress hosting subscription offers hosting for your website, and provides you with hosting support via tickets.

Our support team will also be ensuring that your server is healthy, regularly patched, and helps you troubleshoot issues on the server - as well as limited guidance on your websites.

For issues that requires fixing of your WordPress websites, it will be billable. We usually charge per ticket at $79 per ticket for a single issue that needs to be resolved.

We recommend purchasing one level up from your current website needs so that you do not have this issue in the future.

For example: if your current website has 5,000 monthly visits, we recommend subscribing to our M One plan where 10,000 monthly visits are included per month.

However, if it does happen where you exceed the bundled limits, we will email you to upgrade your plan. We will not stop the website from working, of course, you will have about 2-3 days to resolve this issue with us.

Yes we do, and you need to let us know your monthly e-commerce website visits before we can recommend a plan for your website. 🙂

For websites with advance functionalities, like multilingual, learning management systems (LMS), multisites, custom coded sites, and/or sites with external API calls or integrations; please reach our to us for a quote as you will unlikely be suitable for a lifetime plan.

If your account is found to have your end client websites on a lifetime account, we reserve our rights to remove that website with no notice to you.

You can cancel the subscription via your dashboard. 

You will not be refunded for the amount that you have made payment for.

We take prepayments for all our services and solutions.

Which means, you will need to make payment first after selecting your desired subscription.

Once our systems detects a successful payment, it will create, and setup the requested instance for you. In any case that this is not done by the system, we will provision it for you in 24 business hours.

Depending on the size of your website, it may be immediately after making payment, or within 7 business days before you can start selling.

We need to schedule you in so that we can add products to your store and style it for you.

This timeframe does not include the time needed for the domain to propagate, which is up to 72 hours.
