You are in fact only paying only one-time when you make this purchase with us. And essentially stop paying for anything from the third year onward.

This is sustainable for us, as we have clients who are paying us monthly; and we do not offer one-time prices to all of our clients.

Blog articles are great to help your brand gain authority, and thereby a great way to demonstrate to your customers, website visitors, and followers that you know your stuff.

The blog articles are capped at 1,000 words per article.

Crioshavyn does not collect any additional transaction fees from our hosting subscribers.

Here are the things that you will also need to start an online store that we do not include as part of a hosting subscription.

You will have to make a purchase separately:

• A domain name (think of it as a virtual address that your website visitors can find you at). You can buy a domain from Namecheap.
• Professional email address that does not end with a gmail.com, hotmail.com, live.com, yahoo.com, etc.

The managed hosting subscription offers hosting for your website, and provides you with hosting support via tickets.

Our support team will also be ensuring that your server is healthy, regularly patched, and helps you troubleshoot issues on the server - all without you lifting a finger.

Our team will provide limited guidance on your store too.

For issues that requires fixing of your store, it will be billable. We usually charge per ticket at $79 per ticket for a single issue that needs to be resolved.

We recommend purchasing one level up from your current website needs so that you do not have this issue in the future.

For example: if your current website has 5,000 monthly visits, we recommend subscribing to our M One plan where 10,000 monthly visits are included per month.

However, if it does happen where you exceed the bundled limits, we will email you to upgrade your plan. We will not stop the website from working, of course, you will have about 2-3 days to resolve this issue with us.

Every subscription gives you online access to 24/7 hosting support through our ticket system.

We assist you with your enquiries, and troubleshooting for general issues during our office hours 10 AM to 6PM, Mondays to Fridays. Excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes we do, and you need to let us know your monthly e-commerce website visits before we can recommend a plan for your website. 🙂

For websites with advance functionalities, like multilingual, learning management systems (LMS), multisites, custom coded sites, and/or sites with external API calls or integrations; please reach our to us for a quote as you will unlikely be suitable for a lifetime plan.

If your account is found to have your end client websites on a lifetime account, we reserve our rights to remove that website with no notice to you.

Before we get into some details, we want to highlight that getting a shared IP address does not mean you are using shared hosting.

Google came to the conclusion in 2016 that a website is not just its IP address, and with the rise of virtual hosting platforms like ours (and Kinsta, WP Engine, etc.), a dedicated IP address does not factor much into the core of a website.

Your SSLs, emails, and even SEO are not affected by the use of a shared IP address..

We provide SFTP access for websites with your subscription.

We include a 5GB complimentary backup storage capacity in each plan. This will be more than sufficient for most corporate websites with low to medium monthly traffic.

On a rolling basis of 10 days. the newest website backups will overwrite the oldest website backups automatically.

They are stored in a secure off-site location with our service provider in the US.

You can cancel the subscription via your dashboard. 

You will not be refunded for the amount that you have made payment for.

We take prepayments for all our services and solutions.

Which means, you will need to make payment first after selecting your desired subscription.

Once our systems detects a successful payment, it will create, and setup the requested instance for you. In any case that this is not done by the system, we will provision it for you in 24 business hours.

Depending on the size of your website, it may be immediately after making payment, or within 7 business days before you can start selling.

We need to schedule you in so that we can add products to your store and style it for you.

This timeframe does not include the time needed for the domain to propagate, which is up to 72 hours.
